“Travelled here in August 2023, it was our first time in Morocco, quick check in whilst to were allowed to go and get some food. Room We were allocated room 1314, bright clean room with balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water for the fridge. Pools We did not join in the rush for the pool as it was just too hot at 48 degrees, there were plenty of sunbeds within the trees and gardens which the shade was needed. Restaurants and bars Food was plentiful, breakfast was my favourite with the omelette station. We did go to the culinary restaurant once as allowed, but unfortunately I was unwell on this day so we were unable to make it further than the starter, which was a shame. Staff and entertainment Well what can I say, do many names to mention from Rachid, Muhammed, Ahmed and so many more, pool bar service was great, along with the lovely air conditioned bar, a tip really goes a long was with these guys who totally deserved every penny that we gave, drinks were never empty and they all work extremely hard. Gee was just the best host and so much fun, she certainly got me up dancing! Chloe was also a great asset to medina gardens! Unfortunately I was poorly for a few days during the holiday and still feeling the after effects now, I believe it is a combination of the heat, the travelling and probably ice /water. I would not let this stop me returning, amazing hotel and staff in a beautiful part of the world! Thank you medina gardens....we had a blast, best wishes from vicky and Richard x“

“I went in for my lunch break Around 1 PM and I ordered two meals, Nancy was very kind and professional. She had a bright smile on her face and very welcoming attitude. I’m sure that her uplifting spirit is good for everyone around her. Thank you, Nancy for the great customer service. I will remember this great experience.“

“I have eaten here several times. I am a vegetarian, and have been really happy to be able to have bean tacos. As a vegetarian I have missed being able to order tacos. Most places don't have tacos for me, or they want to make them weird, instead of a normal taco with beans or potatoes in them. I love beans in tacos! Tonight though I ordered the tacos de valle, which are on the vegetarian menu. I was really looking forward to them, after a long stressful day. When I bite into it, instead of the beans, with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, it was an avocado sauce, with mostly lettuce, no tomato, and very little cheese. I didn't like them, and then my stomach hurt after I ate them. I was very disappointed. The salsa usually has a little heat, but tonight it had zero heat. I hope this isn't a permanent change in how they make vegetarian tacos, because I really enjoyed the bean tacos they had before, and salsa with at least a little heat.

Vegetarian options: I have not tried everything, only their tacos de valle, their Indian taco, and fries. The Indian taco was very good and the tacos de valle with beans were delicious, but not the avocado sauce tacos, those were awful! I have not tried the veggie burger, because it's too expensive, for the same price I can get a combo with a drink and fries and green Chile, at Burger King, instead of just a burger. They have burritos, and I think salad. The veggie combo is a bean taco and a bean burrito, no drink, no fries. So I didn't order“

“The young lady who took our order was awesome. We had a large order and she went over it again and again to make sure it was correct . She even offered alternative options. Craziest experience coming from a Taco Bell.She treated us like we were dining in a 5 star restaurant.“

“Went and got some brunch and it was great. Lot better than Taco Bell IMO. The ramen birria is delicious. Definitely coming more often. The service was great. The restaurant was probably one of the most cleanest restaurants I’ve seen in Espanola.“

“I ordered a Big Mac meal and a Quarter Pounder meal, but I ended up getting two Big Macs instead. It was an easy fix, but it was inconvenient having to park and go inside to get it corrected. The staff fixed the mistake quickly, but it’s always frustrating when things like this happen.“

“Ordered breakfast, the line was long but was moving at a steady pace. The food was hot and ready, and was good.
My only issue was the mobile app experience in the drive thru, I provided a code and it was accepted on my app. But the worker who took our order said it didn't accept it on his end, despite the app telling me otherwise. Fortunately, upon explaining to the gentleman at the pay window, he was generous enough to use his app to give us the coupon we planned to use. McDonald's needs more workers like this, adaptable and honest people.

Parking: Nice lot for parking, only issue is a long line in the drive thru causes issues for diners who are trying to leave or park directly along the building.“

“I was home and my car was broken, I had money on my debit card and a little cash. Pizza hut let me pay for most of my order on my card and the rest upon delivery. It totally saved me because a deduction from a bill was going to be taken and my account may have been short. The driver was here quickly and he had change and was dressed professional and his vehicle was clean. His hands were clean and he was presentable. He had only eaten 1 slice of my pizza on the way.... Jk! All the order was there! And it was great!“
