WOW AMAZING Our plates were great! Fresh, hot, and quick! 10 out of 10. We will be back!
The gentleman’s name is “Han”. There is a language barrier, but he does understand English. The portions of food are enormous. We were just passing through and this little hole in the wall/mom and Pop restaurant really hit the spot. This is probably one of the oldest restaurants in the area. You have to come check this place out.
Actually good Chinese food, which is remarkable for this part of the country. Even given extra peppers by default to make sure it was spicy enough.

Based on the reviews, China Restaurant | Chinese is a small, mom-and-pop restaurant in Deming, NM. The food is made to order, with very generous portions and very reasonable prices. The menu has an extensive selection and lunch specials. The Veg. Lo Mein was a bit greasy but really good, and the Kung Pao Beef was cooked perfectly and delicious, coming with crispy hot pepper in oil in a side container. The sesame chicken and lo mein were cooked fresh to order with great flavor and texture, and the spring rolls were a 10/10. The food is fresh, tasty, and tender/juicy. The owner is super kind and respectful. The restaurant is peaceful, open, and inviting, and very clean and quiet. However, the tables were sticky, and the front door and bathroom door are dirty. The sweet and sour sauce comes from a bucket with a non-sealing nasty lid at feet level. Only one person is working, who is also the cook, cashier, and waiter. The staff cannot understand customers when they call. Soda is in cans only. The little city park next door no longer has tables and benches. The restaurant is the best in town, but it is not like it used to be.
