I was Happy to try the Flamethrower Burger w/Fries,along with a Medium drink/Flurry(Awesome service worthy of 10,000/10,000 of awesomeness)
I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
When walking in, there was an employee who was very rude. He didn't even give time for a person to respond. He just started yelling. I paid almost $15 for a double cheese burger. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. It was not busy. He did the same with our number. When the burger came out, it was cold.
