“Chanced upon this food truck in a seemingly residential area by pure, fortunate luck! The crowded parking area indicated that something good was happening here. Mmmmm.... they were right! After ordering at the window I waited just a few minutes for my red chile brisket burrito, green chile brisket burrito, and red chile pork burrito to be delivered to my car. Every one of them was great; these people know how to use the products from the chile growing center of the US! Affordably priced, I will return and buy a dozen more to freeze and have ready for the next time I need a little more of this special cuisine.“

“Friendly unpretentious family establishment. Typical menu for Northern NM with burgers, frito pie, breakfast burritos. Only open for Breakfast and lunch. Not open 7 days a week. Sometimes closed during times they should be open but many places in Santa Fe are this way.“

“If you like fake atmosphere, then this place is not for you. Southern and eastern NM has some great restaurants because this region is where green chiles come from, and Irma's is a great example. All I had to do is tell the boss lady a little about what I liked and she was on my wavelength. She brought out samples of the red and green enchilada sauce and I knew I was safe in her hands. They made excellent Christmas (both) enchiladas for me. The taco was also great. Relleno---fantastic. When I said I liked a dry relleno, she knew exactly what I meant. Salsa was also very good. Even tap water in that town tastes good. Every single thing was better than good. Even the old building was the perfect setting. I'd go back tomorrow if I could. Oh, and very reasonable prices too.“
