I was a baker for 52 years. I travel all over the US and stop at bakeries all over on my travels. I am retired now but I still enjoy going into bakeries to check them out. Wow! Seriously the best bakery I've ever been to. I tried the lemon bar and oatmeal cookie and I've never had better! The owner was super sweet too. We live in Silver City so we'll definitely be making the 60 minute trip many nany more times, just to be able to taste more goodness!

I watched this business start and flourish because of the hands that create these masterpieces! Patricia Prince is wonderful creator of these must try treats!!! I love to watch the customers come excited to see what Patricia has and finding what they were craving! What tops that is the happiness in her customers eyes to see her and talk to her it's so heart warming! Her place has a homely sense very comfortable!
