“Ordered #11 club double meat Paris 3.00 more, roast beef and Cheddar double meat extra cheese and avocado. My other two sandwiches were fine the steak and cheese but none of them where toasted like requested. I called when I noticed but live 20 mins away and it was 15 mins till closing he didn't believe me when I called saying "huh really, well I'm about to close come in and I'll put double meat" I let him know I couldn't go back in time before they closed. He stated his manager would be in tomorrow and talk with her and to bring in the sandwiches... " I'm a working mom of three and cant just tell them don't eat the food ?. Hopefully the manger can resolve it tomorrow ?Update:The manger Victoria was super nice and understanding and was able to get it all fixed up! Thank you!! ?“
