“Wow! It’s rare that you can find a spot such as Avalon, being my first time here I was hesitant. As the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover rings true here.Having a simple menu that don’t have you stress trying to figure out what to get (being an indecisive person this awesome), the fast service made the visit even more great. My parents usually don’t like eating out in Gallup due to vendors coming every minute as your mouth has food in your mouth, Avalon’s no vendor policy allowed for a more private and eased meal.“
“I've never been to a business model like this before, where I basically scoop my own food. But I LOVE IT! I love a variety of items, so I can get a little bit of everything! VERY pleasant surprise that the chow mein noodles tasted "california" style, just the way I'm used to. The other option in town DOES NOT do it right!! The line moves, the staff are very friendly, and despite it being very busy, they do a good job keeping the buffet hot and clean. I went home and food was still pipping hot! I'll be back.“
“A simple, clean, cost effective place to eat. For under $12, you get a lot of food. Not a place you want to "Dine In". Cheaper and faster than a McDonald's drive through. Servers almost never smile, but it's like that in all places in Gallup.“
“This Panda Express is as expected, extra points for outlet design and layout. Food was at par as well as the portions. New options were tasty and added variety to the line up. Servers were attentive and were careful when plating your choices. Overall a pleasant dining experience that satisfied cravings for Chinese food.Parking: Finding available parking slots wasn’t difficult on lunch time on a Saturday.“
“Honestly all I get it the fried rice and egg drop soup. But for some reason it was a little different than usual.A good place to get a quick bite for $2.50 an item. For a meal I think it was almost $10 or so.I do love the ice water from here.“
“They had warm food. Much better than Panda, and they could accommodate my allergies. Was a treat to get noodles again while on my trip. They have made changes for the pandemic and limited entry to 5, no indoor dining. I'd stop here again over most of the fast foods along the street. Thank you for being open.“
“I had BUFFET and it was good ? I will be back for more ?. Has good variety food dishes, my favorite Teriyaki chicken ?. I Rate 4 stars for now. My suggestion is that Management or Someone needs to taste the food before heading out on buffet, either it's SALTY OR BLAND. Something I notice now?. I will definitely be back AGAIN. ??
