Food: Really good variety of sandwiches to choose from.
Very tasteful sammich, meal included a side & “Gourmet” is in the name so you’ll pay a bit more. I got the LOBO BEEF & pasta salad. Beef on an Alpinette bun was good quality & plentifully delicious but the sandwich was only 8” cut in half (see pic). Pasta salad was creamy and legit, imo. “Everything at this location was great.My problem with Firehouse Subs is their rewards program. After amassing a large amount of credit the app stopped working and multiple attempts to remedy the problem have failed.I happened to catch the District Manager at this location today. He agreed to check into the problem and text me back. Here is his reply, "Hi Robert. Here is what my corporate contact sent me:'.... unfortunately we don’t have a live person he can talk to. The app utilizes a chat bot as soon as you click the contact us option."'Firehouse Subs' rewards program is controlled by a third party entity. “Pretty good for a basic sandwich shop. The roast beef was good and well enjoyed, and the staff were polite, but by no means a life changing or particularly memorable experience. The parking situation sucks. If you have never been, it is worth a try.“

“I normally wouldn’t write a review for a subway but went to this location instead of the normal one I go to on work break. The two dudes working looked extremely young, but let me tell ya, these guys are cranking. So polite, so focused and overall just the best subway experience I’ve had. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. These dudes couldn’t have been much older than 17 and give me hope on the younger generation. Well done. They deserved props. “Firehouse Subs at this location gets five stars for exceptional....above and beyond service! We needed a caterer that could bring the whole meal deal to our memorial service/reception. The online menu had the exact sandwich package we were looking for but delivery to the reception was crucial. I called in advance to make sure all was good and Ally the manager reassured me she would take care of delivery and provided her private cell number. I ordered the sandwich platters in person and Daniel gave me the attention and the confidence that everything would be tasty and on time.
As promised our three deluxe sandwich platters with chips, cookies, beverages and more were on time and presented in a way in required nothing else, just cups for the drinks. Daniel personally delivered it knowing how important it was. We got a variety of sandwiches with two different meats. My sandwich, an Italian sub was delicious and tasted as if it had just been made! So much to do at a church service to accommodate the schedule with family and friends. Firehouse Subs at Montgomery Plaza came through with flying colors. Being friendly, professional and reliable was a bonus to the delicious sandwiches!“

Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. “3 stars ⭐ My coworker had raved about this place, saying it was a step up from Subway, no nitrate meat, and using a special oil aioli. So, my expectations were high. We had ordered the sub party box. Classic, the super ham, turkey, and veggie- I tried the turkry. Servings were literally like the butt of the bread. Too much lettuce compared to meat, although looks can be deceiving. Pairs good with the drli mayo. And, normally I'm not a huge fan of provolone like is offered on the subs (I mean I'll eat it but why can't we all just love cheddar and call it good??). Overall, it was a nice gesture.“

“I had an amazing experience today at this Jimmy John's. I had 5 minutes for a break. I order my food online and when I get there 3 minutes later. It's ready. Not only is it ready but the food was absolutely amazing. Fresh and just like the picture. The way everything was wrapped showed just how professional this store is. I even got napkins and a straw. I know that sounds silly. But it seems more times than most nowadays that anywhere you go there is always something missing. No napkins. No straws. Or just thrown into a bag. I just had to say that is not the case here. It was actually surprising to get such fast good and fresh product from a place that I only spent 15 bucks at. Well done.“

“Warmly greeted as I entered. Front counter help was friendly, offered good recommendations and suggestions that upgraded the sandwich without additional cost to the order. I ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup. The Rancher Chicken Bacon sandwich with added veggies was very well made. The Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted very good. Tables were not all wiped down and some of those were overly wet from recent cleaning. It is however a nice place to have a mid-day meal away from the office or as a simple outing. The use of coupons (digital point system) made this visit an affordable yet very tasty meal. Solid 4 ⭐ this visit.

Parking: Parking is shared with an entire commercial center but you can get lucky enough to park right in front of the store.“

“Today was the first time we ate here. I always pass by, and I figured i'm going to stop.
It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don't leave out the brownie! It's a cozy little place inside.You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating.He said, "This is really good." My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it's good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there's a lot of businesses there, but it's worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from there again.“

“After a long day of work my sister in law and I decided to grab something before we went home since we were out running around. After a VERY long conversation about what to eat (because neither one of us could make up our minds) We chose Jersey Mike's. I ordered the #8 club and she got herself the #7 sub in a tub. After leaving we still had to grab a few thing before getting home. Which was another 45 minutes. So when I get home to eat I'm expecting my sandwich to be soggy. That was not the case my friends.... it was perfect!!!! It has the vinager and oil on it and still not soggy n gross. Not only was the staff really nice and polite but on top of that running around for 45 minutes with a sandwich that has vinager and oil you would expect it to be. EXTRA soggy. “Ordered a veggie subs and it was a delight! Jose Changed his gloves when I wanted a veggie delight, he also used a bread only knife. That type of consciousness about others diets and respect for customers goes a long way. If you are a vegetarian or have food restrictions I suggest his subway. The veggies are fresh and they don’t make you feel any sort of way to order non meat.“

“In the airport in Albuquerque, NM, near gate A8…. No matter where we travel, it’s always nice to get a taste of ATX, Schlotzsky’s brings it home! As always, the sandwiches are great… we prefer “The Original” … although in the airport, the quality isn’t quite as good as a location outside an airport. That said, in a pinch it’ll do just fine!“
