Subway in Las Cruces

“Every time I travel, I make sure to stop by Love's, and this one was nice. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was great, and everyone was friendly! There was a young woman named Mia and oh she was a sweetheart! She made sure everything was perfect for me. Five stars!“

“I got off work starving and went home just to find out my disabled mother and pregnant sister haven't eaten lunch ( it was hitting 3 ) so I rushed to the closest subway and they were busy but nonetheless they were quick and so kind to the other customers and once it was my turn a nice girl and a kind old gentleman made each sandwhich carefully and even added the family names to each sandwhich the service was perfect. I thank them both for a refreshing meal“

“Today after a long hard day at work, my daughter and I decided that we wanted a sandwich from Subway as neither one of us felt like cooking. The store was packed and busy with people with one girl working. Her name was Ariana. She was very professional. And even though the store was packed with people, she was working hard with a smile on her face. She was very kind very professional.. if she was stressed at all, you would not be able to tell one bit she handled herself extremely well. Excellent customer service. “With coupons, meals are economical, but be aware that some extras are charged to your receipt. When using coupons, stick to the "no extras" formula. I found staff helpful and friendly when getting takeout from inside the store. I don't do drive-thru because I have a large van...“

I’m not sure how long his been working there for but always does his job amazing… not sure if he is the manager but give him a raise. He also gave me a recommendation on my sandwich I followed his recommendation and came out better than how i usually get it.“

“Bro, this is the best Subway I've gone to in town. It's super convenient to go, walk-in, chat, and get a nice subway. I've gone to the other ones in town and no other provides me the best experience than this one. The staff are super cool and share some laughs while at it. “i placed an online order today @3:35 and this is the first subway i’ve been to that has gotten my order right, i have been to multiple different subways in lubbock none got them right, went to 2 different subways here in las cruces not including this one and they still didn’t get them right, but the lady working today did it perfectly and even accommodated for my special request to toast the chicken twice, thank u so much to the lady working today give her a raise or something“

“I have been going to this subway for about 3-4 months, almost daily.

I'm not a big fan of the subway, so my review isn't going to be on the food but rather the staff and atmosphere, as well as the conditions of the restaurant.

I would like to start by saying that I adore and appreciate Delilah a lot. She's really quick and good at what she does, and she always has an interesting look. I also loved the manager who was here named Jackie, I haven't seen her in a long while but me and a couple friends gave her a card and some flowers cause I love her atmosphere she brought to the store, feels like a ghost town now.

The bigger problem is the condition of the store. The ice machine has been down for a long while, the toaster goes down often, and just a lot of things are in poor condition and often breaking down. Feels like there is a major lack of staff here and always someone who's in the back, not noticing anyone at the front.

There is a new employee here, and I will keep them anonymous cause I understand they are new and still learning, but sometimes when I buy stuff, the quality is horrible and not close to standards, overcooked or not appealing.

I wouldn't recommend going to this location, but I do respect the people who work at this location.
