“I love Subway!! It’s always the place to go when I look for something delicious and healthy to eat. The customer service is always outstanding. Every time, I have a question or concern; Ricky Trevino is always there to help me. He’s very positive and has an amazing attitude. He’s always respectful to his staff and customers. He definitely needs a raise. You guys did such an awesome job hiring him. I always look forward in going to Subway. Keep up the good work Ricky!! May God bless you in so many ways. 😃“

“Very clean they greeted me as I walk in the door. They where fast and nice when taking my order even though it got busy they where nice and smile as they worked on my ordered. Thank you for a wonderful experience I enjoy the food as well.

Parking: There was enough space to park between cars and to be able to opean your door and get out with out a hassle.“

“Sandwich was fresh and tasty and made to my liking. However, customer service might be improved with a friendly greetimg and smile. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or asked for what I'd like. The young man just kind of blankly looked at me, expecting me to provide my order. Then, after paying for my meal the young lady just provided my food without a thank you or have a nice evening. Normally this wouldn't bother me but in a world where people expect friendly service, this is just the wrong attitude. The sandwich again was good. But Subway either needs to improve customer service training or pay their workers more as employee morale seems to be low 🤔“

“Friends, here I am, your local guide. Subway is the fresh, healthy food that you want to buy Once you walk in, you know that you're going to eat freshly baked on-site bread, as well as every single item that you put on your sandwich; the lettuce is fresh, the tomatoes are fresh you get to pick what you're going to put in your sandwich whether you like it toasted what kind of cheese you want in your sandwich, the dressing it's incredible and healthy, you can buy a sandwich for yourself, or you can buy a sandwich for your whole company, they have a sandwich that it's so huge it's for a party ask the manager, and they will make it for you.
I am getting hungry just talking about this fantastic food.

“Fabulous new Subway store location! Its a little tucked away but has a great big sign on Montana Ave ... everyone should stop in and get a meal! New store, very clean & very well organized! Great staff that are experienced & well trained & professionalism leveled with neighborhood friendliness! Lots of room for in-store meals, I believe this to be the future. I recommend to family, friends, associates & strangers all!“

“The ladies working Today was absolutely adorable! I told them how the subway by the university were being so rude to me and canceled my order because they didn't honor what the app had offered! “Probably one of the best subways in ELP. Diner’s always clean, service is fast and employees are nice. The owners are probably some of the best people around, and the prices are some of the lowest compared to other stores. 10/10 would recommend

“I went today and there was a group of people that walked in right before me. I was worried I would be there a while but the staff was on it. They had a great system going and the girl taking the order to start the line handled herself very well. Didn't get flustered, wasn't rude, and set the pace and tone for the rest of the staff. Give that girl a raise, that line went quick. ☺️“

“Okay, it's subway. Some are better than other. The service might have been better if there had been more than one girl working. She was not very friendly and didn't smile once. Now the good, the sandwich and wraps were good and fresh. The rest was not good. The foot long pretzel and foot long churro was so bad. They were stall hard and had weird after taste. They must of been old and shouldn't have been sold.“

“I’ve been in here a couple of times day and night, and everyone has been nice and super engaging. There were 2 girls at night that were really nice and 2 dudes during the day that were pleasant to talk too. I saw some reviews about them not having anyone speak Spanish. They don’t owe anything to anyone to speak Spanish. We are in America. Great people and great food. Would definitely go back.“

“I’ve been coming to this subway since my family and I moved to the area about a year ago, the manager here is always super lovely, my boys love subway so I always have a heavy order and they have always been so patient and nice with me ! The food is great My kiddo is a picky eater but never denies his subway sandy :) thank you guys for always being so patient with me !“

“The young girl (do not care about her name) with the braces needs to be fired for her rude remarks. It's a shame that I have to stand being a target for being ridiculed/hazed for walking around the campus, but I expected better business than that. Another employee was just ringing up my food when he mistakenly addressed me as ”sir” by a mistake. When I happily left and wished them a happy rest of the day, she replied (with a smirk remark)to the kind gentleman that ringed up my food: ”you know that’s a man, right”. I'm more certain I am what my birth certificate says, I'm definitely not the other, or going through any transition of any sort. I can't help the condition I was given at birth, but she can due with more training so she’ll know what’s supposed to come out of her mouth.“

“My nieces and I were hold up here during a really bad dust storm that had all the freeways to Tucson closed. The staff was great to us, very hospitable and had great attitudes. The food was also on point and we enjoyed it. The girls and I were really glad we ended up there and definitely recommend this Subway!“

“I hadn’t been to subway in awhile and I came in today because I was hungry, lol. When I walked in Saul greeted me and was very nice. He made my sandwich and was super helpful and attentive. I was originally going to leave with my order but I seen there were people in the dining room so I decided to stay and eat. The dining room was very clean and well stocked. They had a steady stream of customers who came and got their orders to go. Every person who came in was greeted and welcomed. The sandwich making line was well stocked and clean. They had pleanty of fresh bread on hand as well 🥰“

“We used to avoid this location even though we work a block away. The staff that used to work here were horrible. However that changed with the new staff we love this location. Especially the guy who is there most of the time unfortunately i don’t know his name. Food is always fresh, perfectly made, clean location, super friendly!“

“I've never had such amazing customer service untill I met Edward at Subway! Not only did he greet me with a smile he helped me choose a meal that wouldn't effect my condition, and even let me know the chips I had grabbed where open and switched them for me. thank you Edward!“

“I needed a quick, healthy option and walked over to Subway from the nearby hospital. The staff were fast and friendly, making the experience pleasant. The sitting area is small, but the location was clean and well-maintained. My sandwich was made exactly as I ordered. Overall, a convenient and reliable spot for a quick meal.“

“Went thru the drive thru, guy in front had taken forever to make his order. Then when he finally got his food ordered again. Did I mention me and my spouse are quitting smoking. So we were staring daggers by that point. The staff once we finally got to the window apologized and were so nice. I felt terrible if they thought I was angry at them.

“Just left the location !! And I must say that the service was wonderful! Everything was nice and clean ! And I showed up 1 hr before closing usually you don't get good service at that time, but I have to admit that this is by far one of my favorite locations.“

First of all, their restaurant was well maintained, cleaned, well organized, their sandwich preparation areas neatly organized and cleaned with all freshly looking ingredients, BUT most important and key ingredients were their high level of professionalism, customer service, team work, attention to detail and the TLC (Tender Loving Care) they both put into the preparation of the sandwiches. I had eaten at many other subways, no one has put the sandwiches as well put together as they did!!!! And once again, they were delicious, just perfect for our taste buds. “We live close to the McCombs one but they never have any veggies and the service is not so good. Today we came to the Fairbanks and omg what a difference! Guadalupe was great with her service and sandwich making. They had all the veggies and is super clean and organized. We will be coming here from now on.“

“Visited on a Sunday afternoon and was the fourth or fifth person in line. There was only one worker working so it was very slow. But before that i went to the drive thru and waited but didn't hear anything so i drove around and decided to go inside and that's when I saw only one person was working. He was friendly and gave me extra bacon on my Chicken Bacon ranch sub. Store was clean and all the tables and chairs were packed up because of covid.“

From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about doing her job well. She took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, kept a positive attitude the entire time, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed or frustrating like before.

It’s rare to come across someone who can single-handedly turn around your opinion of a place, but Haley did exactly that. Because of her customer service alone, I’ll be returning to this location—and actually looking forward to it.
