Ordered two subs on the app and paid in advance with a card. The app said the order was in progress and then suddenly my card emailed me that the purchase was voided by the merchant. I called the Subway to ask what happened and the employee politely informed me that they voided my purchase because they don’t like accepting the Buy One Get One Free coupon on the app. Why accept the purchase then and void it minutes after accepting the purchase? subway or really only fast food restaurant i have been to that does “not provide courtesy cups for water”. meaning you can’t get free water, yes even if you make a purchase. ridiculous and i wish i would have known this before i made my order.

Staff is rude, they always close earlier than expected, quality on subs are not what is should be serve at a franchise, this franchise operator needs to be hands on or get a good manager to run it because is a bad experience
