If your order for delivery, you may not get all of your food. I was missing part of my order. Of course you can go pick it up, but you already paid a delivery fee. After being on hold, then admitting they messed up, you still have to wait for your food to be made when you get there.
Guy named Chris was amazing quick service and awesome customer care thank you for everyone else of course but absolutely amazing service
Idk if I was just hungry but wingstop hit the spot today. The food was delicious. I got 6 boneless original hot, basic, but it had enough sauce. Usually it doesn't. The fries i get them extra lemon peppered seasoned and I ate them all. They were well seasoned, unlike other times. The male employee who greeted me and helped me out was super nice too. I was very happy how everything came out today. Keep up the good work!

Wingstop offers a variety of delicious wings, especially the hot ones. The restaurant has a clean dining area with televisions for sports enthusiasts. The staff is friendly and provides quick service. The restaurant is kid-friendly, has wheelchair accessibility, and offers plenty of parking.
Customers have noticed improvements in the Las Cruces location, with better service and attention to customer needs. The fries are praised as being so good, and the mango habanero wings are a favorite. Customers also appreciate the steaming hot flavors and the care the staff takes in checking on them and cleaning up after them.
While there have been some issues with orders in the past, the restaurant has made efforts to improve, and the wait time is now much shorter. The wings are also now sauced much better, to the delight of the customers.
