“Searching for a place to eat as we passed through Las Vegas NM we found the reviews on this place hard to pass by. We stopped in and discovered an absolute gem of a place - a 'hole in the wall' that provided us with the best lunch!! My husband had the All New Mexican burger and pronounced it to be the best he's ever had. We do not usually eat fries but couldn't not eat these ones because they were SO good!! I had the Reese Bobbi’s Cobb Salad - it was very good and very filling. I loved the delicious blue cheese dressing. This is NOT a fast food joint. This is food made in house, made with obvious love and care and so worth any wait. We definitely will be back next time we come back through LV!!”

“Don’t miss El Encanto!! This family owned restaurant was such a treat for our family. My husband and I had the chile rellenos, our son had pancakes and bacon, and the waitress generously brought out some shredded chicken for our little baby to snack on. We got to taste their chili too - amazing!!!!! If we didn’t live so far away (currently driving cross country) we would be regulars here. It doesn’t get much better. Thank you El Encanto for delicious food and wonderful service.”

“If I could give a 20/10 I would! Dicho's is over the top professional and friendly when it comes to Customer Service!!! The menu is easy to find since the menu are handouts and easy to find what you're looking for in Caffeine and Noncaffeine drinks! They also are a part of the Historic El Fidel Hotel and open 7 days a week, 6am-10:30pm, which makes this a very comfortable place to go have a late night Coffee or Tea. They have four cats running around but are very friendly with kids and the customers. Which makes it exceptionally good for people with anxiety or just need a pal to sit with them! Excellent Service, Knowledgeable Baristas, Great Cats. 20/10”

“After several visits to Las Vegas, New Mexico, we were excited to finally try Pedro's Bakery, a bakery we had always wanted to visit. Although it is not as large as Charlie's Spic & Span Bakery & Café, the bakery's goods appeared just as delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and their playful joking made the experience pleasant. We enjoyed a great customer experience and sampled some delicious treats, purchasing around seven or eight items. The items we tasted were delicious.”

“Had lunch here yesterday. The food was Delicious and the service was Excellent !!! We will definitely be back !!! I had the combo plate and my husband had the Chile relleno plate . Both very large plates ! They also had a couple of different lunch specials the waitress told us about . Chips and salsa... Yummy !!! Thanks !!”

“Found this place with a map search traveling to a campsite from a hot springs in the area. It was a bit easy to miss because it's in a small shipping container with a dispensary next door (which is brightly lit, so I'd keep an eye out for that when driving by!) I was surprised by a giant wood fired oven, and some of the best crust I've ever had. Seriously. Thinner and crispy and soft and chewy all at the same time! I got the Margherita and I ate the entire thing by myself.

It's a walk-up or call-in window/counter service. There were lots of pizzas being made for locals to come pick up and it was cute because everyone seemed to know each other! We waited for 20min, but seeing the volume of business is only a sign that it's gonna be good. Oh, I also was able to pop in the dispensary and grab a can of Coke (have to be 21+ per NM weed laws.)

“I was kind of disappointed wi you noth this visit. $15 plus tip, waited 15 minutes for a simple chicken rice bowl that showed up to me lukewarm. I was going to ask the staff if they could pop my order back into the microwave, but it was served to me in a to-go container. so I sat inside the lobby of the El Fidel ate my lukewarm rice through my trash and left. I have had that same order before and it was served to me at a decent temperature I don't know if they have new stuff but unfortunately this round really was not delicious as I had first thought.”

“I love how this is located on campus for NMHU. It's an easy walk from my office and the staff members are very nice.

It is a small coffee shop, but the seating is abundant, and there are games or activities within the shop to use. Let alone, the student activity center is right by.

I got an oatmilk pecan latte, which is very delightful. Cost wasn't super expensive and it was made in a timely manner. I was a fan of getting coffee here. Check it out if you are on campus”
