“I found this place on a Google search and spent the afternoon doing some computer work. I don't recommend the iced tea as it is not made there but some sort of purchased nastiness. However the cupcake was yummy and everyone buying smoothies.or boba seemed very happy and those drinks looked good. When I'd been there a while, they brought me a water too, without asking. I mentioned I didn't like the tea and she brought me a different kind which I tried to refuse but she insisted. I wasn't up to trying it but took it home (it's sealed) so maybe my kid will like it. Did not see any of the coffee drinks but it was evening when I was there. They obviously have regulars and the place is huge and quiet and super clean. I will be back as it's a great place to get things done and not crazy busy like some of the more popular coffee shops. No more iced tea but I'll try something else next time. Doesn't matter to me as I just really needed a place to work where I couldn't get distracted by either coworkers or pets or the laundry! :)“

“We had a chai and a latte with a breakfast burrito. The drinks were good, especially for Rio Rancho (after living there for 6 years and just visiting this past Balloon Fiesta weekend). Not overcrowded, no loud music and not cramped. The service was exceptional, from the cashier to the barista to the guy who brought us our burrito and drinks while we waited on the couch. We would love to know where or who provides those hatch green chile breakfast burritos as they were the best in the area over three other locations. Thank you!“

“Today, I had a pleasure of meeting and being serviced by Abby. Such a pleasant, sweet girl, with a welcoming spirit. I was indecisive between matcha and coffee, cause duhh who doesn’t have the indecisiveness with those two things! Then I created them to be paired with something and she gave me her honest opinion, love that—we went with the rosemary olive bagel with an oat milk iced (new summer menu item) glazed bramble latte. “I didn’t know this place existed! I biked here on Memorial Day, and immediately noticed the comfy coffee vibe. They had some great chill tunes playing. The cold nitro was smooth n creamy, and refreshing. Loved the glass it was served in, as well as the friendly service. Come and check it out when ya’ll get a chance! I also liked how they DIDN’T say “Welcome in!” in and just said, “Hey man, how’s it going!” lol.“

“I have been wanting to try Phat Beaner for years now, but their hours (8-12) never matched my schedule. I got to go try them today and Oh my gosh! They're delicious! It was only one lady, who I am assuming is the owner, making all the drinks and taking orders. She was quick even with 10 orders at once, and who knows what doordash kinda orders might have been coming in! This is the Sweet Carolyn (brown sugar pie) latte, when I'm telling you it was heavenly, I am not joking! She even tapes a little piece of gum with a thank you note to your drink for after! She also made my twisty straw into a heart (without me requesting, i didnt know it was gonna be a bendy straw) and it gave me so much joy! They are located on 8th street right across from the fire station on the west side! 🥰🥰“

“This place is absolutely amazing! We plan to return at least once a month because it really is that good! The food is delicious, but honestly that’s just the icing on the cake. What really makes this place shine is the staff. They treat everyone with such kindness and warmth.

The ladies up front are so cute and welcoming, and the chefs always come out to say hello and get feedback on their delicious creations. It is obvious they love what they do, and that kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare these days.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved.

Amazing staff, amazing chefs, and amazing food and coffee. If you’re looking for the perfect brunch or breakfast spot, this is it. Not only will you enjoy great food, but you’ll also be surrounded by beautiful people with beautiful hearts who truly care about their customers.
My only complaint? My tummy isn’t big enough to fit everything :(“
