We have now visited many times and tried numerous creations, including some of the vegan options. We always imagine her recipes being shared amongst family weddings and neighbors in Italy. It tasted like my Italian great grandmas came to my kitchen today, what a treat. Nothing was artificial or too sweet, the store displays looked fresh and overall lovely. We tried 4 different items today, all 10/10! Highly recommend.“

“Trash bizcochitos that taste like sand. Way overpriced for average food. You can get the same quality in any Walmart bakery. Also the person who responds on Google decides that bad reviews must be lies. Call me a plebian with no taste if you can't handle criticism after 55 years in the business but don't pretend that there's no possible way someone couldn't like your dismal food so they must be lying. Go literally anywhere else for bizcochitos or coffee milkshakes or empanadas and you'll be doing better. If you just want to support local, you can't go wrong here.“

We just had dinner delivered to our home, and the food was cooked to perfection, the recipes were amazing, and this restaurant is now our top go-to when we want Italian food! When a picky toddler eats enthusiastically and for the first time insists that her leftovers be saved for later, AND similarly picky adults inhale their dinner, there can be no higher praise! “After the Balloon Fiesta, other restaurants were packed. Here was as well but the line moved quickly. Large plates so definitely ate plenty but would have liked more non-pork options like turkey bacon maybe eh. Overall a good meal and they made space for our large family to eat. Waiting to eat was long and my daughters meal was missed so camla20 minutes after everyone else. May have been due to the waiter being overwhelmed but he did let us know he's was on it. I'd like to try on a day with a not so busy event nearby“

“I decided to try a new local restaurant for breakfast today and had heard really good things about Mick's Chile Fix, and since I was looking for a good chile fix I decided to try it. This place is awesome. I ordered takeout but the diner was super quaint and comfortable, it looked like a fantastic place to have brunch and it smelled amazing! The little gift store they had on the side was super cute too. I ordered a regular sausage breakfast burrito smothered in red and the portions they gave me were absolutely massive. Definitely a 2-day breakfast. The red chile is really rich and flavorful, I'd say a medium heat with enough kick to make my nose run, and the meal was delicious. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking to support a local Mom&Pop-style restaurant while getting Grade-A+ New Mexican food at the same time. Will have to try the rest of their menu.“

“Long wait to be seated, considering we had a reservation. Check-in staff poorly organized and confused. Waitress overwhelmed and unatentive for basic check-ins. (Would've liked a little more tea). Manager supported her but we had to get our own utensils after food was served and then hunt down steak knives. Seemed like an overall lack of organization and communication. Just tired of the overused and undersolved excuse of being understaffed. Thankfully, all four meals were delicious.“

“Seriously, if you haven't been to Great Harvest Bread Albuquerque NM you have to check it out on Juan Tabo & Montgomery behind Walgreens. Follow the smell of fresh baked bread and the sound of Grateful Dead tunes. The Cherry Walnut bread is insanely good.“

“The waitstaff was great, as always. My fried chile strip appetizer was not that great. Cut too thin and over fried. My 5-Star Burger, which I order every time , was a disappointment. “This is my first review. I don’t “do” reviews… never had reason to or wanted to take the time. However, I just had to review this jewel of healthy eating I came upon. It is that wonderful!!! My Family has been eating vegan and ORGANIC for about a year now. There are many good vegan options in town but not vegan AND organic, which is importantly to us. As such, we almost never eat out. I just happened to be passing by Bedrock Cafe on my way to a vegan (not organic) restaurant up the street. There’s simply not enough stars to indicate how over the top impressed I am with this place!! Crazy delicious salad with vegan hummus and falafel. Most of the ingredients here are from local farmers and ranchers (they have meat options, which is so great for meat eaters) and you can tell in the incredible taste and look of the food that is is the healthiest you could buy. Like all organic food, it is a bit pricey but well worth it and not at all overpriced for the exceptional quality and very good quantity. No doubt I will be a regular customer and bring my family the next time I come. I must give a bunch of stars for the owner who was there—friendly, gracious, experienced in “clean” eating and drinking, and you can tell she cares about the community, her customers, her employees and the highest quality food you can nourish yourself with that I’ve ever come across in a local restaurant. I hope this wasn’t too long of a review; lol , I’ve never done one before and this place is really, really amazing.“

“The atmosphere is upper end family Style. I was seated quickly. Water and my food came very quickly. I ordered seared ahi tuna salad. The tuna arugula and avocado were excellent. What the wasabi, pickled ginger, add soy sauce we're doing mixing with the Romano cheese and crostini????? Pushing moves aside you have a very bland salad. If I want fusion I'll go to a fusion restaurant. I ended up leaving money for my mail tax and tip on the table. I'm not sure where they're wait wait staff went.“

The marinara tasted like it had unresolved trauma and tasted like it was straight out of a can. The Alfredo tasted like it was lacking butter all in all an existential crisis.

BUT—here comes the plot twist—Anthony, deserves a Michelin star just for emotional support. He’s the reason this review gets a star at all. Charming, attentive, and possibly saved the day. He saw the pain in our eyes, refilled our water like he was trying to wash away the sins of the chef, and made sure our suffering was at least well-compensated.

“This review reaches back to September, when my wife and daughter purchased a German chocolate cake for my birthday from ABC Cake Shop & Bakery. The cake was absolutely delicious and well made. It was of high quality and fresh. Today, my wife and I came in to purchase another cake for our daughter's birthday, and our experience was exceptionally delightful. Valarie assisted my wife, answered all her questions, and provided top-notch customer service. Further, and this is what prompted this review, is that Brittainy gave a listening ear while my wife was being assisted. She patiently and attentatively listened as I told her of my woes at another bakery across town, and about the importance of customer care and satisfaction. As I related my story to her, though above and beyond her job description, Brittainy listened with attentiveness and courtesy. For the many years we've been customers of ABC, we have never had a negative experience. The product is above board delicious, and the customer service is always reliable and friendly. I would recommend this bakery to all my friends and family.“
