“Visited Sadie’s on Fourth Street on November 16, 2024. We live in Oklahoma but come to Albuquerque/SF annually to eat Mexican food. Sadie’s is a favorite. Had the best waiter ever. I believe his name was Jerry - he was wearing a hoodie. He’s the best waiter we’ve had in a long while. Combination Plate lunch special was the best.“

The food was fresh, hot and incredibly delicious. The only thing that topped the food was the friendliness of the entire staff. Amazing experience!“

My husband and I ordered two burrito plates with a side of fries, iced tea and jamaica. It was all fantastic! The bartenders were so great, taking care of an elderly gentleman who left his card at the bar. “This Weck's location near Cottonwood Mall has very friendly and family friendly atmosphere, very clean, and easy access. Food came out hot, fast, and good. Our server, Dominic was awesome. I am going to tell you a true story about him. I knew Dominic when he was a cashier at the Weck's off of Paseo next to the church I attended. I would go there every Sunday before church. Dominic was very attentive, and he even smiled. He took our drink order and immediately was back with them. He took our order and answered all of our questions, he even asked one of our members if he wanted Christmas chile because he couldn't decide if he wanted red or green. He delivered out food right away and was hot. He was back again in no time with additional chile because he saw we didn't have enough. He continuedly check on us for drinks and asked up if our food was right. Good job Dominic.“

“Ok here's the deal. This bar is IN the Whole Foods. Or, like, right next to it. It was closed over COVID but it has been back open as normal for long time now. It disappeared from Maps but I hope you all find it!Sandia Saloon has got a super chill vibe and good taps. They also have wine and some premade mixes drinks. They serve some hot food that probably comes from the deli kitchen, but you can also buy anything from the store and eat it at the bar.When the weather is nice, they open the garage door and there's a large outside patio that's great. The bartenders are all chill and really nice, it might be kind of a sweetheart gig. This is the perfect spot to grab 2 beers and a burger on the way home from work.Don't let the uncertain setup discourage you. Just go into whole foods and walk left, it's a legit bar. Check it out!“
