“We started with scrambled eggs, small cubed potatoes and bacon drenched in delicious, authentic, red chile and a super thin flour tortilla which is exactly how we like them.
We bought a 1/2 dz of the absolute best pork/red chile tamales. More meat than I have had in any tamale anywhere!
They’re $28 a dz and well worth it as one will fill you up.
