I placed my order and expected a long wait... I sat down and the employees cranked out the orders and before I knew it they called my number! Very quick service!“

“We found the food properly prepared as to KFC standards, so pleased in that aspect. Quite a few dirty tables, so had to search for the "cleanest" table. There was a disagreement between a customer and an employee while we ate. The employee was dead wrong trying to make the customer take the box of food that was given to another customer, opened, then returned to the counter. Employee argued with the customer it was just a mistake, and he needed to take the food. Customer stood his ground. Finally KFC relented and gave customer a fresh order. I've worked in many restaurants in the past, traveled throughout the US, and never have seen this.“

“Tavion deserves the biggest raise. This man and his customer service is top tier. Best experience I’ve ever had at a subway by far, and I know it wasn’t easy tackling my family but he did it with a smile on his face, and put a smile on all of ours as well. ?“

“I've been to a bunch of different dairy queens and this has been the nicest employees have ever been to me. They seemed short staffed but still acknowledged me and let me know they saw me waiting. They were polite and pleasant. The food was good, ordered some chicken baskets and they were delicious. Thank you all for a great experience!“

“Loved that even after breakfast time they were still able to make my food when I had called it in. Most places won't make your food even if called in or paid for once the time of breakfast has past then they won't make your food no matter what.“

“Why do they asked for a pickup time when ordering on line and when you get there to pick up, your waiting 25+ mins to get your order? I even got there 3 mins before my time, thinking oh I've got to wait a couple of minutes. Me thinking I can get my order on time and get home to a hungry family. Nope! All of our fries and tots were cold and very greasy. Still taste the grease. Where's the lettuce and bacon? I knew better than to buy food from this store. Lesson learned.“

“I was visiting from out of state to take pictures of various filming locations filmed here in Moriarty and in Estancia. This was one of the cleanest Arby's I have been in. The young staff we're very friendly and professional, which is something you just don't see in larger cities or towns. I regret not getting the names of the staff. But I can say that I was there on Tuesday the 17th of June around 5:00 to have a sit-down meal and was the guy that asked for extra salt.“
