“We went here for breakfast during The Oktoberfest. Staff was Amazing, atmosphere was Awesome with a feeling of being in a different place and time, the Cafe was Very Clean and our Breakfast was Great with big portions for the price. “It's been several trips to Red River since I've eaten at Sundance. From now on it will be in our routine for every trip. Food was great! ( quantity was such I took a "to go box"for lunch today). Prices were home town pricing and not resort. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our server was Celi. She was busy but attentive to us . Great smile btw! We saw lots of locals eating there the night we did. That speaks volumes.“

“3- Day stay at the Blake hotel over Thanksgiving. Had a Thanksgiving plate at noon. Turkey and gravy were bland. Roasted brussel sprouts were so overcooked, and bitter. On the morning we checked out, had breakfast there. My partner ordered Sausage biscuits & gravy. The sage seasoning was so strong in the gravy, and had a ton of ground beef. Not the most Pleasant dish to look at in the morning. Breakfast order took a long time to get to our table. I don't know if both restaurant experiences were due to them just opening back up for the season, but it was less than stellar for the amount I paid.“
