Bison empanadas were excellent! Crispy and they are baked! The bison was tender and flavorful. Chimichurri sauce was a nice sauce to elevate the bison.

We got the six bison empanadas for $20. This was a nice lunch for my girlfriend and I (three each). The lady making the empanadas was extremely nice and told us they sold out regularly. Empanadas were delicious and great value, were fresh made.
