A small Italian restaurant off the busy tourist bustle of downtown Santa Fe. Sophisticated low key. Elegant, yet casual. I had the most amazing pizza in my life: mushroom &arugula with paper-thin crust. My husband had a shrimp capellini pasta that was light and elegant. Excellent service. Our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe this visit.

The array of excellent Italian options, libations, and accoutrements was fantastic, and our party of seven was very happy with all our choices. We sampled a wide portion of the menu between us, with no two ordering the same dish. We particularly recommend the warm olives and pear appetizers, and the specials are always worth considering. Both linguines were excellent, the pizza was top-notch, and the cioppino was very satisfying to our seafood lover. On top of the great food and drink, service was five-star, and our main server Gabrielle was flawless. The only drawback: the walls are very reflective of sound, so it's quite noisy. We were fortunate to have the private room in the back, but the sound was still quite hard to converse over. Some fabric hangings would improve not only the aesthetics but the acoustics.

Very bad service last night! I can say we have never had this bad of service ever. Arrived on time for reservation only to have to wait for over half an hour to be seated. Our guest was already there and had a terrible time getting a glass of wine while she waited. Once seated server greeted us brought us water and disappeared. After some time he finally came back we ordered drinks and placed our orders. (My first choice of entree was out). Salads came out quickly and my entree came out with them but Our guest never received her entree until we went and found waiter to ask where it was and we didn't receive our cocktails we ordered either. To say the least it was a terrible experience from the lack of parking, having to wait to be seated for our reservation, ABYSMAL service. I am sorry we did not get the man's name who was to be serving us last night.

Our food had delicious flavors and the servings were ample. We went there for Valentine's Day and our server was personable and friendly. We were seated at high tables in the bar which was perfect. I love looking at the different bottles and the pretty glasses.

My Linguini Valentino with shrimp was fantastic and a generous portion; I took half of it home for lunch the next day. My wife enjoyed her Spinach Ricotta Ravioli but the portion was not very generous. Don't understand the discrepancy; maybe they thought I looked hungry! Anyway, we'll be back next time we're in town.

The lovely hostess seated us right away. The waitress was fun, gracious and efficient. My friend and I shared a Caesar salad and both ordered the Spaghettini con Gamberoni. It was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. I couldn't help myself from eating every bit of it. I love all Pranzo's sauces. The salad was cold and crisp. Bread warm. I give everything an A plus plus.

I recently dined at this Restaurant and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and the worst customer service The staff seemed disinterested and racist. Overall, I would not recommend this Restaurant. There are certainly better options available in the area.

We hadn't been to Pranzo in many years, when they were still located in Sambusco. We will definitely return and soon. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. Huge portions and reasonable prices too.

Their calamari is pretty yummy for the high desert.Parking: Very limited parking, tight spots… possibly a one way entrance/exit… I’m always confused as I’ve seen cars enter from both ends.

Overall, not worth what I was hoping/expecting. Service was satisfactory, but a little slow. My mother did not order wine, because by the time they came back to ask, she was already through eating her meal. I had to take the check to the counter to pay because wait staff did not come to the table to take it. Food was edible and nicely displayed, but definitely not great.
