Reviews for Pranzo Italian Grill

We were stay at Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza Hotel and were looking for a good Italian restaurant within walking distance. Checked with the front desk and they suggested Pranzo's Italian Grill on Montezuma Avenue. A short walk from the hotel, about 5 to 8 minutes, and the journey was well worth it. Did have a minor problem with reservations. Since there were 6 of us I got on line and make reservations for 6 pm. When I did not receive a confirming email, I call during full review

We went to visit Pranzo on recommendation from a friend. The squash tomato stew was wonderful and the pasta dishes we had were very tasty with a good portion size. The waitstaff did an excellent job keeping our beverages topped off. The atmosphere was pleasant and we were able to enjoy quiet conversation despite having many other guests seated around us.

Very nice Italian restaurant in the Railyard district. Good italian fare--we all had different pasta dishes and all were quite delicious. We also had the best margarita of the 5 we drank on the Margarita Trail--it had basil and it was well balanced and very tasty. Prices were moderate, and the jazz was terrific. Service was ideal--everything at the proper time. This will be on our list for every visit to Santa Fe.
