Up on Santa Fe for work and was told about food trucks near by. Pulled up and saw BBQ so I had to try it. Was super surprised with the food and the prices. Very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I tried the brisket sandwich with sweet bbq sauce and green chile. Big sandwich for the price and the brisket was super tender. Ordered through Uber eats and wish I looked up the restaurant first. The mac & cheese is bland and hard. The ribs are dry. And they forgot to include utensils.
This is my go to when I need to get out of my office and walk to the food trucks. I first discovered it when I went keto and this hit the spot! The brisket is delicious and his coleslaw is the best I've had, without being over liquefied. Good portions for one (not too share). Perfect for a low/no carb lunch. I've also tried the sausages but always go back to the brisket. The bbq sauce is more mild than I like but very flavorful!
