5 Best Barbeque Restaurants in Santa Fe

“Cowgirl was close to our Hotel Santa Fe and the reviews were good, so we booked a table for 4 pm. Server Sean was excellent and gave really good recommendations when asked. My BBQ ribs/brisket/chicken #1 was huge and delicious, and Terri's veggie burger was superb. So much food, had to take the chicken for next day's breakfast.

“This is a lovely little shop and coffee house near Canyon Rd and well worth a stop. You can enjoy all sorts of craft chocolate candies, baked goods and drinks and take some for the road with you. The staff are knowledgeable and eager to help.“

“Our first time at the Ranch House was less than an exceptional experience. Our waitress, Peggy Lee was the most professional, courteous and friendly person I have met at a resturante. She made us feel like we were old friends . The food was absolutely the best flavored I have experienced. The prime rib plate was to die for and I wouldnt have known it was being served except our waitress, Peggy recommended it. Very heads up resturante. I wish we had a Ranch House in Wichita Falls Tx.“

“Can never go wrong with Rudy's. Visiting from out of town what was something familiar for my last meal before leaving. Brisket and half a chicken. The chicken was better than the brisket. I asked for moist but it didn't seem to be as moist as I thought it would be. Overall always a good experience“

“Up on Santa Fe for work and was told about food trucks near by. Pulled up and saw BBQ so I had to try it. Was super surprised with the food and the prices. Very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I tried the brisket sandwich with sweet bbq sauce and green chile. Big sandwich for the price and the brisket was super tender. Green chile isn't super hot but has some heat to it. Just a great sandwich with great flavor. The cole slaw is pretty good. I prefer it a little sweeter but that's just me. I highly recommend checking out this guy's food truck.“
