We had a free afternoon in Santa Fe and decided to give SkyFire a try. What a delightful experience. Beautiful views, excellent service, amazing staff and the best fish(halibut) tacos I have ever had!!
Everything was excellent! Tomas was a wonderful server and the food was all amazing and flavorful
My wife and I enjoyed our dinner. I would have to say that the time between first and second courses I think we had salad salads in our entrée was a long time you know I love not being rushed, but there's also a certain pace to a dinner that you have an expectation, this took too long for food delivery in my opinion. And I'm not crazy about the food and beverage a tip being added into my bill. I don't want to pay to tip the cooks and the dishwashers and everybody in the back of the house that should be paid by the employer not by me Covid is done a very strange thing to the whole tipping industry.
Absolutely gorgeous property and restaurant, even more so during the holidays with all the farolitos glowing. The staff, including our waiter, David, were pleasantly attentive throughout the evening. The bartender made me a drink not on the cocktail list to accommodate my taste buds. We had salad, soup, entrees, and dessert. The food was of the best quality, plated beautifully, and created with refreshingly new flavors. Thank you for helping me celebrate a special birthday. Amy P.
We’ve come to SkyFire and Bishops Lodge every other year for a birthday stay also for drinks on the patio. This year the restaurant menu and staffing is significantly improved. Makes for a great birthday staycation.

Amazing food and even better service! The apricot dessert was so perfect it literally brought tears to my eyes.
Restaurant floor manager was loud, aggressive and unprofessional on several occasions during our meal. we found her to be very low quality for the restaurant
Our server Melissa and Walfrado took amazing care of us. I had halibut in white mole which was amazing and unlike anything I had ever had. My husband's strip loin and butternut squash soup were fantastic! It is expensive, but it was on the same level of some of the best restaurants in the country.
Food was much improved from a year ago when the food was not good at all and why we waited so long to return.
It was a nice experience. I'm glad we did it once. We have been going to Santa Fe a few times a year and have eaten at many nice restaurants. SkyFire was one of the best.

The Pistachio Halibut and Trout were amazing! Not only beautifully presented, but so good! Chocolate sphere for dessert made it a perfect evening. Everyone was friendly and attentive. A joy to eat here.
What a welcome! From the valet thru all the waitstaff we felt completely taken care of in the best way. Our server, Tomas, was very knowledgeable about the new menu - was able to make excellent suggestions and the outcome was a spectacular meal. There were only two other tables occupied so we felt the staff upped its service level making our dining experience fantastic.
The flavors were surprising in the best way possible especially with the guidance of such outstanding service from our server Tomas!
Excellent as always. Service very attentive. Terrific mescalito and Oaxacan Negroni cocktails and extensive wine list. Bar area so comfy and live music too. Mushroom appetizer and bone marrow tacos so tasty. Stuffed pepper and halibut perfectly executed. One of our favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. Go now for the amazing farolito lights all along the property!
Beautiful spot about 2.5 miles outside Santa Fe for brunch -
Valley and Gorge views from the outside deck.
