One of the nicest Casino facilities in NM but challenged with poor customer service, especially in the food venues. The take it or leave it attitude of the staff is sad to see at such a nice resort.
Good service and friendly groups
Extremely poorly ran operation there. Their staff opened my door at 330a.m... Luckily I heard the commotion of the door handle being opened and got to the entry way just as the door was thrown open. I called security for someone banging on a door down the hall. Obviously, the hotel didn't check to see who was in the rooms to figure out BEFORE they decided to come in to our room!
