The staff all work together to ensure your experience is memorable. Ordered the trout, duck eggs with caviar, and quail. I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly delicious and unique the meals were. They are very passionate about their food and how they prepare it. You will not find dishes cooked like this anywhere else. For dessert, sweet corn crème brûlée, berry pie, and fry bread. The pride they put into this restaurant and their dishes shows!
Enjoyed a uniquely delicious brunch while visiting Taos. Our server was fantastic - friendly, informative & very proud of La Luna's commitment to creating and serving locally sourced fresh ingredients for their indigenious-inspired flavors. We highly recommend, and look forward to going back.

The restaurant is indigenous owned and uses exclusively precolonial ingredients from the Americas, resulting in fresh, delicious, healthy, and flavorful food with a true unique and indigenous flare. The menu features standout dishes like the vegan adovada, mole verde, poblano, fingerling potatoes, and trout. For dessert, the vegan chocolate mousse with berries and the sweet corn crème brûlée are highly recommended. Drinks such as the prickly pear sour and mulberry mule are also amazing.
The atmosphere is very nice, with cozy cubbies recommended for a fun date night. The service is consistently noted as top-notch, incredible, and great, with staff paying excellent attention to details like reservation requests. The food is locally sourced and could rival top establishments. While most find the experience outstanding, there was a minor note that some guests were concerned about food temperature. Overall, it is easily one of the best dining experiences, worth a long drive, and guests consistently plan to return.
