About The Social Club

The Social Club is a pleasant spot for a light dinner or appetizer, with standouts being their craft cocktails made with locally-distilled liquors and syrups. The bartender is happy to tweak drinks to customers' liking. On weekends, the restaurant offers live music, although hours may be limited. The service is exceptional, with attentive bartenders who can handle both the bar and dining area. Menu items like the Electric Daisy cocktail and chicken wings are popular and well-balanced. The restaurant is a rare find in Taos, being open after 9 pm and offering free parking in an adjacent city lot. The Social Club is far from your run-of-the-mill tasting lounge! As the gateway to Dry Point Distillers, it delivers an elevated experience that highlights the craftsmanship behind every offering. Tamantha, the inventive bar manager, creates offerings that strike a perfect balance between nuanced flavors and meticulous quality—something rare in Taos’ modest cocktail scene. These folks are DOING it!!! Outstanding products, wonderful dears of employees, chill atmosphere. Best spirits in town, and a favorite cocktail bar. The food is there and great if you need it. Pre-dinner cocktails were so delicious and the prices were so much better than most cocktail bars.

Love this place. The cocktails are fantastic, and the bartenders are always friendly. We love the live music, and the volume and acoustics are perfect, to still be able to have a conversation and enjoy the entertainment.

This is our go-to in Taos and we bring all of our out-of-town guests.
We wandered in on our first night in Taos. There was a great team leading trivia night. They were so welcoming and honestly could have been comedians doing standup. The bartenders were excellent and the limited menu was just right. We shared veggies & humus and wings.

Glad we stopped in.
Walked in around 7:30 to many people dancing. Maybe it was a meet up, but they had no problem with us joining in. Fun place.
