“A must try in taos if you want delicious spanish-french fusion at a Very Relaxed Pace. Perfect for the retired and other people with a lot of time on their hands. I always make an effort to stop when I swing through town, and I especially love the baked brie, the valencia paella and the pollo borachon. Price is higher than a regular breakfast restaurant but absolutely worth it for the craft and variety. Consider avoiding on a holiday weekend if you dont care about eating worse food somewhere else. Gutiz!“

“Love this place. The cocktails are fantastic, and the bartenders are always friendly. We love the live music, and the volume and acoustics are perfect, to still be able to have a conversation and enjoy the entertainment. This is our go-to in Taos and we bring all of our out-of-town guests.“
