What a pleasant surprise to find this on our way through Tucumcari! One of the other coffee shops in town posted that they were unable to brew espresso that day, and caffeine was a must. Carlson's Cafe Azteca was surprisingly but pleasantly spicy. On our second trip, a pain au chocolate and iced espresso hit the spot.
So good!!! absolutely stop if you are in the area. best BLT I've ever had.
We were driving through on a road trip. I have never been so glad a Starbucks wasn’t available! This place was absolutely delightful!! It smelled so good and Michael was very friendly! All the vintage furniture, lighting, plants, and the signed bricks from previous visitors were so lovely!! I so wish this was local to where we live! It has a very “Central Perk” from Friends vibe! 10/10
