“Gonna start by saying we came on a trivia night. Probably a different vibe other nights. It also seemed like there was only 2 staff, which was a lot for how busy it seemed. The selection of drinks is great. From beer, cocktails and non alcoholic drinks. They have something you can drink. No sour beers at this time, but that could be a rotational thing. My only call out is I felt our table got secondary service over the regulars. At different points it seemed like we were a bother. If I lived/worked nearby though, I think this would be my favorite local spot. As it was it felt like we were intruding.Parking: Lots of spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, from one side. Stairs on the other.“

“This is my favorite beer bar in eastern Canada. 15 rotating taps of all NS craft, 2 extra cask taps, and 4 wine/cider taps. The food menu is small with excellent bar bites and burgers. A nice warm atmosphere rhat has stayed consistently great for years. If there is any downside, it is that the place is almost always packed and a bit noisy - but that just shows you how popular it is.“

“Dear Friend, your service was excellent despite being packed, your small booth in the corner was cozy, your small plates made us say "mmmm!" with every bite. Your boozy cocktails were delicious and inexpensive.Best tartare we've had anywhere, the carrots were amazing (yes, order the carrots with your raw beef), oysters were so fresh with a fantastic house made hot sauce.1st time there, 1st class place. Book a res if you want a seat“

“Every time I go, I never leave disappointed. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, the food is amazing & the venue is always beautiful this time of year! Definitely recommend making a reservation in advance to shorten your wait time as it's a very popular place especially on Friday & Saturday nights although if you don't, trust me, it's worth the wait Every.Single.Time!!!“
“We always enjoy having an evening out at the Fourth Lock. Fourth Lock offers a a tasty menu and a variety of local beers. The view from the patio of Lake Thomas is to die for, truly spectacular, all within a fifteen minutes of Fall River, Waverley and Wellington. Why go downtown or further, when you can enjoy a nice evening out, right here!!!“

“I really appreciate the vibes of this place. The decor and atmosphere sticks to its theme well, seemingly without overdoing it. Wings were the largest, tastiest and cheapest I've had since pre-pandemic. Will be returning when back in town. :)“
“Great staff. Good food and the band they had playing was the best band I have ever watched. The singer was amazing. I think the name was four way stop. I stopped in for a quick meal and beer, but after hearing the music, I stayed the entire night.“

“Amazing local bar that serves the best Nova Scotia craft beer. Relaxed atmosphere with no distractions! We love the ability to bring in dinner from local restaurants, enjoy a pint or 2 and play board games with the family. We are also beer club members which has its privileges! We have the opportunity to participate in special events with the great community as well as promotions and special pricing!Highly recommend! ? ? ? ? ?“
“Edited: After receiving a quick explanation from the owner on google reviews I wanted to bring the rating back up so as not to bring the overall rating down. Good to know they are actively checking, would have loved to try the place out while we were in town, but might not get the chance again. There wasn’t a soul in the place when we walked in shortly before 8pm. We were excited to go for Thursday wing night and was pretty disappointed to hear that the kitchen was closed. Thursday is advertised as 12$ wings from 5pm to close. The barkeeper apologized but didn’t seem overly friendly.“

“Beaverbank StationI started with the thia bites I was very impressed by how crispy they where even after being smothered in a Thai sauce topped with seaseme seeds. As you can see by the picture they are as tasty as they look.Let's move on to the main I went with the Chicken club with fries and gravy. Let me tell you the fries came out piping hot and so did the gravy. If you are looking for home cooked style fries and very tasty gravy this is the place to come.First bite of the chicken club and all I can say is wow. The chicken has a really nice seasoning that pairs well with the bacon.Hands down one of my favorite spots for a chicken club sandwich.Service: when it comes to service A+ we had a lovely lady named Kelly she would check in with us make sure our drinks where full all the time.As you know it's not a Gnome review without the bathroom rating. These bathrooms are like a bathroom you find at home. They are by far the cleanest public bathrooms I have ever been in.Although the meal is a little pricey with an appetizer I would highly recommend this place for a meal or a really nice date.Overall I give The Beaverbank station a 4.5 star review. I wish Google would add half stars.“
