“I hardly ever go to Tim Hortons for various reasons however today I went to eastern passage Tim Hortons drive through. The person taking the order was attentive listened well(did not advise me of total should have done this).I arrive at the window to pay and a very friendly lady greeted me (most annoying to be called honey sweety darling babe she had only said 2 one at beginning honey and when finished to say bye sweety I don't believe in customer service it's advisable or correct for these terms to be used) told me my total gave me a receipt upon me asking but she had that available and did not even stumble looking for it (impressive).I arrived home and went to prepare my build a bagel at home style and well by the by BEST EVER BAGEL IVE EVER HAD FROM THERE.im always very specific when I order a bagel it's double toasted slightly burnt butter on both sides stabbed so butter sinks in and cream cheese on side. AMAZING big shout out to eastern passage Tim Hortons today. Thank you sorry took no photos cause I just had to have it.next time“
