“We stopped in last weekend on our way through Chester Basin and were glad we did, the harbor view from the window seats made it hard to leave. My husband got the seafood chowder and couldn't stop talking about it, while I had a lemon poppyseed muffin that was still warm. The woman behind the counter chatted with us about the area like we were old friends and even pointed us toward a nice lookout down the road. Parking right out front made it easy too, we'll definitely stop by again next time we're out this way.”

They have a wealth of info to share and if they don't have an answer, they are quick to refer you to someone who does. They lend an ear when needed and make you feel like you are important. “We went on a day trip on our ATV's and stopped in for a meal at Island View. The food and service was fantastic. I have to say though, the people we passed along our journey through the area seemed to be very anti-ATV and gave us dirty looks and seemed very snobby.”
