The food arrived later than we were told (which could have resulted in us not eating since we work in the operating room), luke warm at best, burnt, and with no ketchup for the fries. Worst of all, I brought this situation to their attention, and they flat out ignored my feedback. While our food was very underwhelming, their customer service was more so.“
