The food was good. But our meal was off put by not 1, not 2, but multiple mice running about not less then 5’ from our table grabbing spare fries on the floor.
We put a complaint in, and we’re only offered 50% our meal. We will not be returning.
We were at the keg in Halifax sitting and chatting waiting for our food and a mouse ran by our table. I know that there are mice everywhere in the city but to see one in the restaurant you’re eating in was a bit much. I told the server and he said, “oh sorry” Also tbh the steak has gone downhill in taste and quality but up in price. We won’t be back.
Service excellent. Steak mediocre. My wife made the mistake of ordering medium well. It was a heel piece tossed on frying pan for a bit. Hard dried out and more than medium well. Overpriced for a meal without any veggies salad etc. my medium rare was rare but I still enjoyed it.
