“I recently visited Randy's Pizza in Hubley, Nova Scotia, and I was absolutely blown away! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The crust was just the right mix of crispy and soft, and the toppings were generous and delicious.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the food they serve. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal.

If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Randy's Pizza, you won’t regret it! This place deserves all the praise. I’ll definitely be back for more!”

“We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!”

“This is the best ramen shop in the province! We’ve been to every one we can find, and these guys take the cake! We drive all the way over from Eastern Passage, more often then I’d like to admit, just to get a bowl! We’ve been doing this since 2016 :) Try the Hokkaido ramen! “What a great spot! Such friendly staff, and a wonderful variety of baked goods, lunches, coffees, slushies, and of course, caramels! My daughter and I had the best cheese toasties we have ever had 🤤, the Lure latte was very yummy and not too sweet, and the kids' sized slushy was the cutest, most perfect size. We enjoyed sitting outside, and of course had to test a caramel, as well (again: SO yummy and not overly sweet). We'll be back for sure! Thanks again! 🥰”

“They don't have much in the way of food but the dill pickle popcorn slaps. I have heard you can order food in. There was a very refreshing beer with mango and dragon fruit that is great for the summer.
We went for trivia night. I liked how they displayed the questions and options on the screen.
The atmosphere is very nice and the art in one of the bathrooms gave me a good chuckle.”

“I Love Locally Baked Outlet!! Kelly is great in assisting or whatever helping to find what you're looking for. I've bought many things at their store. I used to buy a lot of goodies when I would visit my sister in Halifax. Now that there is a place in Sydney I can visit there or even get my son to pick up some things that I want. I love their sweets because I'm diabetic and even more now that I follow Keto. This is a great store and I'm so happy with their service. Keep doing what you're doing Kelly. GREAT JOB!”

“I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted at the Mellow Mug last Friday night. As a first-time visitor, I found it to be a very welcoming space, from the decor to the seating. I think I was lucky to be attending an event after hours, when I believe their stock in baked goods to be low. As it was, I had difficulty narrowing my choice down past 3 items. I can just imagine the increased difficulty it would have been first thing in the morning with a full complement of goodies. The very friendly staff helped me to narrow my choice to one and if the cookie I ate was an example of the high quality of their baked goods, then I am grateful that I live half an hour away and not around the corner. The selection of drinks offered was also amazing and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours.”

“North is one of our favorite local spots. They host fun events (the drag shows are wild and I love to see that type of support in our community). We love the atmosphere, food is great, staff is always lovely and the beer is always good - in fact, their sours are beyond the best around and I really hope they start brewing them again. I was definitely a bit disappointed that they haven't offered one recently so.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back your sours! I also think their merchandise offered is more stylish then a lot of other similar places. It has a unique surf/beachy vibe that I hope they continue. What's even better is that they offer a 15% discount you can use on merch, if you show your receipt after dining in their taproom! Keep up the great work!”

“I stopped here on the way back during a 55 km bike ride. Initially, I thought the price of the car he was a little high until I actually taste of coffee. I have to say it was one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. 100% worth the money that I paid for! I also had a banana chocolate chip muffin with it, which was delicious. Whether stopping in a car or cycling along the BLT trail and stopping in, this is a must stop for anybody passing by. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will absolutely be back.”

“was recommended to try by a friend. Who was in the area tonight visiting my dad and Sackville, so we decided to stop in. We were able to walk up to the counter and order and within a few minutes we had delicious fresh subs. I'm not sure what everybody's reviews are saying you cannot walk in and order. maybe this was during covid times? That you had to call beforehand. regardless we didn't have to do that and the subs were some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.”

“Saturday evening (Feb 18) we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days, but we were feeling like a treat. :) My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give an extra 5 stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. “Absolutely LOVED everything i’ve eaten so far! Can’t wait to continue trying more of their items. Delivery AND pick were both fast and efficient. Food is always hot/warm. The inside of the shop is so warm and welcoming, also very clean. Affordable prices. Staff are AMAZING and super friendly. 10/10 recommend!!”
