Photo of my toasted bagel in the replies as I couldn’t get it to upload in the review! Who would serve that!?! There’s nothing that’s advertised on the menu. Very limited choices, so why advertise?
Thanks Tim Hortons Drive thru Kentville. You had one task for me..... make my damn coffee correctly. Perhaps if your employee wasn’t so quick to throw it out the window at me he’d have had one second to check what was written on the top and notice it didn’t match his screen order. FFS he doesn’t even wait to see if my debit card pays him. Get it and be gone. Needless to say, I have 1 1/2 extra sugar and cream instead of milk in my coffee this morning. This is the BEST Tim's. I drive 10 min out of my way each day just to purchase here. My coffee is perfect every time. The staff is friendly and fast. The manager goes above and beoynd.
The New Minas Location is the worst I've ever been too, all locations should take a lead from the Kentville drive thru location.

Tim Hortons is a 24-hour restaurant with a drive-thru and pick-up counter, but no dine-in option. The coffee has been horrible, sometimes bitter or burnt. The restaurant often runs out of stock and has cleanliness issues, including flies around food and a green piece of bacon found in a bacon farmers wrap. The bagels have hardly any cream cheese on them. Despite this, the service is quick and efficient.
