The owner/chef is very talented, and the menu is small but it has something for everyone and it's always divine. We had come of the best pan-seared cod here - simple but somehow it was incredible. This is one of our favourite places in Lunenburg not only for the food but the cocktails are great too. ;)”

“I was just in Lunenberg for the day, I stopped by for a quick lunch and coffee. The service was great, quick and friendly. My sausage on a bun had fresh sauteed peppers and onions that were great not overcooked to mush... the decaf coffee was hot and fresh. The carrot cake was nice and moist with just enough icing on it.I definitely will go back on my next trip to Lunenberg!!!”

I also appreciate A&W being one of the only restaurants on which I can rely to get food that I can safely eat, having multiple food sensitivities such as gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, a corn allergy, etc. They have the only veggie burger that I can safely eat, and offer a lettuce wrap as a good alternative to a bun.

I usually receive exactly what I order, but on my last stop there, unfortunately there was cheese on my veggie burger, to which I had clearly said no. Other than that, it was a good experience as usual.”

“When you are visiting lumenburg, NS . You should try the local Subway 's Lobster sandwich. So good , And good price .Two fro $30. Tastier and cheaper than have it in restaurant.”
