“Lunchtime $5 slice is decent. If you call in be prepared to scream into your phone or they will hang up on you.. Clubhouse and fries is poet good if you eat there. Leaving the takeout container closed will result in a soggy terrible meal.“

“I've been eating from passage pizza for 15 years when they were operating on Cow Bay Road They have the best food delish. Pizza, wings, fish and donairs I had 2 bad experiences in 15 years. I think that's a hell of a track record. They were super busy and I called the restaurant back and Nadia was so willing to replace our order. Ty Nadia we came back form holiday and i was to tried to make dinner. so we jumped on that credit and we ordered last night it was the best. Its the best like the passage Pizza I remember. So the moral of my story is because passage is so busy if you're not happy with your order just reach out to Nadia and she will do her best to accommodate you she's such a beautiful person“

“Probably the best order experience I've had. Ordered with doordash and doordash made a mess of the delivery. Ordered before 1am, by 215am they still never assigned a driver. The store called me to update me and while in the phone doordash finally assigned a driver. Since kitchen was closed at 2am they couldn't make one item on the order but replaced it with a more expensive one. Afterwards the restaurant reached out again to make sure I actually got the food and informed its best to order directly with the store. Went over and beyond, highly reccomend. Food is always great“

“Tried sasy’s for the first time this past Wednesday, got two donairs and spicy fries they were absolutely amazing. So good that I went back tonight (2days later) to try their chicken strips and get another donair and spicy fries once again they out did themselves! 10/10 would recommend! When ordering through the app, if I select a time like 6:30 PM and choose the “ASAP” option, the system estimates a ready time (e.g., 6:58 PM) and doesn’t actually send the order to the kitchen until just before that time (e.g., 6:50 PM). This creates unnecessary delays.

Suggestion: Make “ASAP” truly mean “as soon as possible” — send the order to the kitchen right away rather than holding it until the estimated ready time.“
