“Staff didn't seem to care. Cashier girl checked her phone multiple times during the transaction and seemed disinterested at best. One Bowl was made incorrectly. I was also running incorrectly as I was rung in individually rather than a combo and I wasn't offered any chips Etc.

Food is good but staff ruined experience will be contacting Management in the morning to discuss this further.

Edit: Changed my rating to reflect the resolution! A member of management has been in contact is was absolutely fantastic, offered us some freebies (Don't care about that, just want the situation remedied). Great resolution overall!”

“I would say this Tim Hortons is my favourite one in this town , although it’s very tiny but the customer service and taste of the coffee is best among the other Tim Hortons in the town .
I would always recommend visiting this location. Very friendly staff .”

“They didn't ring in my complete order and I didn't notice till I was going out the door that I was missing burger, I wasn't charged for it , but I didn't get it either.

“New review sept 1/25 came in for coffee and apple pie( best pies) I noticed it wasn’t busy and so the staff were cleaning the pace. So different from last night at Tim’s where it was not busy and they were doing nothing. Thanks to cleanliness

Had the all Canadian breakfast today and loved it took some home as there was too much to eat. Best hash brown ever. Server most friendly and it’s great to start my day with a nice flower and note on coffee lid. Thanks

Just a quick snack in morning after X-rays across the street. Staff really kind, even commenting on my earrings. Food great and very clean. One thing that I really didn’t like was cold air being blown. Personal preference. Nice that they always have nice comments on their take out cups.”
