“Wow what a spectacular dinning experience. Thank you for a marvelous meal full of fresh flavour. The baked oysters where to die for. The fresh pasta and the sauce with local flavour was the best meal we have had all year. May I add that it is so nice to compliment your meal with cocktails prepared by a professional bar tender. I have found my favorite restaurant. Good food and great service the little gull bistro one of the best in the Maritimes.”

“We visited with friends for the first time ever lunch buffet was great but the service was spectacular the two young kids little girl and boy were clearing tables and helping where they could was so nice to see the manners them two young kids had, we will be back for sure !”

“I ordered the small super donairs. They were amazing, these are the best donairs this side of Robert’s donair in Dartmouth. Same flavours in the meat as Robert’s.

“There were two gluten free people in our party, and we both loved the choices. I had the chicken burger, kale salad, and shared onion rings and the cauliflower bites. It was hard to believe they were gluten free. 10 out of 10 for food, service, and atmosphere. I’ll be back when I’m in New Glasgow again.”

“Was told many times “get Pictou pizza - go to Agricole”. So when driving through I did. A nice slice. Good crust - interesting sauce - fast service, good prices.”

“Our #1 favorite place to eat! Impossible for me to name a favorite dish, everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious! Bonus — they have a low carb & low calorie menu — which does not compromise on flavor! The Evolution menu may actually even be better than the regular menu!”

“Staff didn't seem to care. Cashier girl checked her phone multiple times during the transaction and seemed disinterested at best. One Bowl was made incorrectly. I was also running incorrectly as I was rung in individually rather than a combo and I wasn't offered any chips Etc.

Food is good but staff ruined experience will be contacting Management in the morning to discuss this further.

Edit: Changed my rating to reflect the resolution! A member of management has been in contact is was absolutely fantastic, offered us some freebies (Don't care about that, just want the situation remedied). Great resolution overall!”

“Usually a 5 minute wait for your order if you enter the restaurant. If the drive through is busy, you'll be waiting up to 15 minutes. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you for responding but it you care you would start with
giving your staff a living wage.”

“First visit while passing through town and we were very happy with our meals and service. Megan was attentive and friendly and the food arrived in a very reasonable time. I had the Swiss Mushroom Melt Burger. I've not eaten a burger in a restaurant for over 30 years due to a bad experience. This was the best burger - homemade, juicy, perfectly done, lots of flavour and unlike any burger I have ever eaten. Great toppings and so much burger! Delicious! My sister had the BLT sandwich. It had a half pound of bacon I'm sure. She's not always easy to please when it comes to food, but thoroughly enjoyed her meal. We'll definitely eat there again.”

“An employee came out from behind the kitchen area and cleaned off and wiped all the tables, I was shocked. Good you!The beef patties are still the same size which was nice to see. Not shrunken down like the restaurant with the golden arches.”

“It meant a great deal to us to find this quick and familiar restaurant open late and so close to the highway. We were making a very late trip home after a long day out in Halifax and found we had managed to miss dinner, were hungry, and most places were closed. The parking was large and very easy to navigate with our larger truck, the place was well lit, roomy and family friendly, the staff was busy, friendly and helpful. And it was clean, with no late night closed seating sections so there was plenty of choice for where we wanted to sit. We know it can be less than ideal to have to work late but we really appreciated this when we stopped. Thank you very much!”
