“Once again Tim Hortons Staff failed to process our order after it was placed. I had to return to the counter & find out what was taking so long.. It was never started!After we received our order, it was not correct & required a redo.This has taken place with different shift workers so it is a common problem with the staff.The problem is the staff are on point with the drive through orders... but not so with the orders placed within the restaurant!At least the food is good once we do get it lol!“

“I had a grilled turkey melt that was only done on one side and sandwich wasn't cut. Took it back and the girl argued that it was supposed to be that Way. Gave me another sandwich. Same thing. The press must not be working. Girl was rude. I ate it anyway cold.“

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both were satisfactory in terms of taste and quality. However, I noticed that the coffee was not as hot as I would have preferred, being served lukewarm. It would be preferable if they ensured that hot beverages are consistently served at the desired temperature.“
