no customer service what soever tried to order prior with credit card they will not do that.
too many young people working with no customer service.

The staff was very friendly
We were very happy whenMary Browns opened, and the quality was excellent. However the quality is deteriorating.
Today I stopped for a basic 9 piece and slaw, sadly the chicken was very greasy, not to mention they didn’t have any ready to go (this was just after 12:00 by the way).
Staff were not at all pleasant, bordering on rude.
Bottom line line, very disappointed.
