“I don't give 5 stars lightly. This is a HOLE in the wall, this place. Great fresh ginger honey tea, and I am so glad I ordered the soup and ham and cheddar puff. The chIcken noodle soup is clearly homemade with lots of fresh parsley, which I will copy next timeI make CNS. The ham puff is a light dough... very very good. I am sad they were sold out of chicken pot pies... so were three other people who tried to order while I was working. It is a little pricey and not the best atmosphere, but the food is soooo good.“
“Carson Valley BBQ catered last night's volunteer appreciation holiday dinner at the Genoa Fire Department (Station 3). A good time was had by all! Our menu included delicious chicken, salmon, prime rib, plus the associated Caesar Salad, potato salad, beans, and bread. There was plenty of tasty food to go around, even as many heaping plates were observed. Line service by Carson City BBQ staff was efficient and fun. Complimenting the evening was an open bar, music, festive decorations and lots of community friends. All that tasty BBQ certainly added to all this Christmas spirit!“
