The staff is very nice, the restaurant is kept very clean & no long wait for food - which is always hot & delicious.
Ming’s is hands down the most amazing Chinese food restaurant I have ever been to! Every single time I visit, I am blown away by the quality, freshness, and attention to detail in every dish. The food is always incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Even the sushi is unbelievably fresh!! You can truly taste the quality in every bite.

Best Chinese food I’ve had in the carson area. The chicken chow mein was well seasoned and Szechuan chicken tasted of fresh ginger with a kick…. How it should. After trying all the other Chinese food spots in Carson, this will be our go to spot! The plate was also an amazing deal!
