“Yesterday was my 38th anniversary, and hubby suggested coming here. We hadn’t been there for years, loved it back then. Why did we stop coming? No clue. The food was amazingly delicious! Service was fabulous! We have enough leftovers for at least 2 meals! We WILL be back and tell our friends!“

“First timer for lunch. The server was quietly competent and friendly. The soup & appetizers that came with the vegetarian lunch combo were quickly delivered and piping hot! Thank you for that! The chow mein that accompanied the tofu vegetable dish I chose was nothing to write home about, but the veg dish was both tasty and abundant for a lunch special. Tofu had a nice texture & the sauce over the dish was a good consistency & flavorful. Located deep within a sprawling laborynthine shopping complex south of town, it was not a place you would happen upon. But, I'll be back. It was surprisingly good!“

We eat here about once a month (over the last 3 years), usually for dinner, but I was so impressed with their lunch menu recently - love the prices, portions, and great food! The wait staff are consist attentive and if we need the dinner bill quickly, they are happy to accommodate. 💛“

Everything at Ming’s is consistently excellent. From the delicious food to the beautiful presentation, they never miss a detail. The staff is absolutely amazing ,friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always make you feel like a valued guest.

“My family has had takeout from this restaurant a few times now. Each time we have been impressed by the quality of the service as well as the value we received for the price paid. The food was very good and the price was very reasonable and we will definitely continue to patronize this location as it seems to be the best value we have found for Chinese food in Carson City.“

“The food was hot even when I came at 8:30 pm, 1.5 hrs before closing. Left half a plate of fried rice and the fabulous staff offered to have freshly fried rice for me. This is service excellence. He could simply asked me to choose chow mein. Instead he chose to go the extra mile. A very positive experience. All the service staff were positive, smiling and simply happy to serve. I will come back again.“

Nor do i care if they make eye contact. The bad reviews on here seem out of place. Its fast food. The food was warm. Fresh enough and now I'm fueled for the gym. Check, got what i wanted.“
