Super busy here. The staff was nice and doing their best. We had a rather large order and it was exactly right. Thank you 😊

The McDonald's Elko Highway is a popular fast-food destination that offers a family-friendly experience. The drive-through service is quick, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant features a play place for kids, with a large slide and a comfortable zone for children to move around. Many customers appreciate the cleanliness of the play area, making it a reliable spot for kids and moms to relax. However, some customers have reported issues with the self-checkout machines and order mix-ups, leading to frustration and a lack of efficient service. Despite this, the staff is known for their kindness and helpfulness, as shown by an employee who opened the play area for kids waiting for their food. Overall, the restaurant provides a decent fast-food experience, with a focus on accommodating families and young customers, and many enjoy the hot fries and great food.
