“Placed a mobile order for pickup. They were bagging it as they asked my name. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My order was accurate and ready quickly.
The lobby was mostly clean. Everyone working was kind and quick to act. Sadly, the play area was closed for maintenance. We'd like to return when that opens back up.“
“This Jack was busy but the workers were handling it fine. I tend to get the sauced and loaded tacos, but when I did, the top portion was basically smothered in just lettuce and I didn't get much cheese or sauce until about halfway through my food. But other than that the food was good.“

“The service is excellent! The staff is attentive and caring. The inside is clean, beautiful, cozy. The downsides are that the burgers are smaller than those at Burger King, the mini tacos are super dry and hard, they are impossible to eat. But I still give them 5 stars, for their smiles and good attitude towards clients.“
“We went to Jack in the Box to get a free burger, based on T mobile Tuesday. The APP was Little difficult to use and take it to order completion and submitted.
The young lady (Grace) at the register had a great smile as we walked in. She was singing and seemed genuinely happy. We showed her our phones and told her we were struggling with placing our order. She was a huge help. We got our orders processed because of her
