So good worth every penny can’t wait to go back
We had their mango sticky rice matcha and a turon brulee latte. The matcha really did taste like mango sticky rice with the addition of high quality matcha. The latte had a sweet pop of banana caramel flavoring. Additionally, I got a laing empanada just to try it and it was really delicious. I have never tried laing before but the empanada was perfectly flaky and crispy, with a delicious savory filling that was flavorful but not too heavy. Middle Black Sheep Coffee Roasters is a great little coffee shop with a delightful atmosphere, awesome service, and friendly staff. The coffee is worth the money, with a rich deep flavor in the cold brew. Highly recommend the pistachio latte with oatmeal, and the Pistachio Banana Bread with Ube Latte is a delicious combination. For non-coffee fans, there is a wide matcha selection, including ube-flavored matcha and hojicha latte. The owners and baristas are amazing and welcoming. It is very cute inside and not too loud. A 10/10 little gem.
