The Oyster Bar is a true gem in Las Vegas/Henderson. Their Pan Roast is famous for a reason.
Food was excellent. Ironically, the oyster selection was so-so. For a midweek dinner, with hardly any patrons, service was only satisfactory. Probably won't go back. You would think that ALL Station casino Oyster Bar restaurants would be the same, but the much smaller location at Sunset had better food.
Repeat visit for pre father's day dinner due to schedules. We were welcomed back by pur previous server John which was a nice touch and made us feel like regulars. Convinced this excellent seafood restaurant would have 100% more business of it wasn't located in that obscure corner near poker room and sportsbook. Excellent restaurant bad location. Unlike our previous visit our clam chowder, panroast and linguine with clams were not as zesty with generous srafood portions very noticeable...read full review
