I am a local who was just scammed at Austin’s. The waiter who was mediocre at best took my credit card for payment. When I asked for the receipt he said it was taken care of. Without signing he added a 30% tip for himself. I fortunately went to the terminal and sent myself the receipt. Realizing I was scammed when I got home I decided to warn anyone from going here as they are preying on unsuspecting tourists.
We enjoyed the outdoor dining and the weather was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful
